About Me
Sandy Bukovec is a CPA, licensed to practice in Texas and Ohio. She is a 1988 graduate of John Carroll University - magna cum laude - earning her BSBA with a major in Accounting. She is a member of Alph Sigma Nu - the National Jesuit Honor Society. She is also a member of the American Institue of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Sandy started her accounting career at CJ Monastra & Co., Inc, in Shaker Heights, Ohio, and continued a 29+ year working relationship with a team of individuals, who in 2000 formed a partnership of which she was a 50% member: Markiewich & Martello, LLC.
In 2016, Sandy married Joseph Bukovec and moved to Austin, Texas, where he is employed as a project superintendent with a large, national property development company.
With many years of experience behind her, Sandy is excited to have the opportunity to start her own accounting practice in Austin, Texas, where she will focus on a growing practice of small business clients with diverse needs, including bookkeeping, payroll, financial statement preparation and tax compliance.
